  • Service fee for telecommunication (Monthly Fixed amount / Not including value added tax / Service fee will be
    charged with the telecommunication fee in one bill)
  • Customers will be automatically subscribed into the fixed fee program of the telecommunication company after subscribing for the service.
  • For LG telecom, it is possible for customers to subscribe to the standard fee program. Under this program, customers will be separately charged for a program download fee (800KRW/case) and a data transfer fee(2KRW/per data packet).
  • Transaction fee within Standard Chartered Bank: Exemption, Transaction fee between Standard Chartered Bank and other banks: 500(KRW) (exemption of the fee until 31 DEC.2012)
  • SK telecom customers wanting to use our VM banking service will need to subscribe to a monthly fixed fee program costing 800(KRW)/month. Also, an additional service fee 200(KRW)/month per bank will be charged.
  • KT customers will pay 900(KRW)/month with no additional fees.

Service join and termination of contract

  • For internet banking users (required to have Security card and certificate)
  • Click " Service Subscription" on the top of the page and input your PIN number and certificate number.
  • After subscription, the program will be downloaded for SMS and VM mobile banking.
  • After downloading the program, enter your PIN number to log-in.
  • For offline branch users
  • Customers must visit one of our branches with their ID card and complete the application form for internet banking and VM mobile banking.
  • Enter PIN number to log in after receiving SMS message and executing the program.

  1. Customers who have lost, been robbed of, or change the number of their mobile phone must contact their telecommunications company or visit one of our branches to cancel or change their service.
  2. Please be advised that this service will not work for some mobile phones which are equipped with older operating systems
    (WITOP, BREW) or which do not have enough memory space.
